Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Auckland is seeking a Senior ICT Engineer to lead ICT design across multi-disciplinary projects in the Building Services sector. You will engage with clients to capture needs and translate them into robust specifications and system briefs, influencing infrastructure across local and international projects.

The role requires a degree and 5+ years of ICT design experience for buildings, with BIM tools familiarity and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer with 5+ years of ICT design experience for buildings and infrastructure.
• Experience with BIM tools and industry standards.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT design and delivery across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Engage with clients and end users to understand needs and co-create solutions.
• Produce high-quality specifications, reports, schematics and solution briefs.
• Design and manage systems including Structured Cabling, Data Networks, CCTV, Access Control, AV, BMS/SCADA, and Data Centres.
