Job summary

Recruitment Studio in Auckland is seeking an HR Administrator to join the close-knit HR team. You will keep the HRIS humming, onboard new starters smoothly, manage exits with care, and ensure data integrity across the employee lifecycle.

This high-volume, hands-on role covers recruitment support, remuneration, performance, ER, policy, L&D, health and safety, with opportunities to contribute and grow alongside supportive colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ HR administration experience.
• Solid knowledge of NZ employment law.
• Sharp attention to detail with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with missing documents; ensure compliance.
• Draft job ads, offer letters and employment agreements for sign-off.
• Monitor HR inboxes and triage enquiries.
• Administer employee benefits and recognition programs.
• Support system upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Provide general admin and reception support as needed.
