Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional packaging design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant creative tools.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered creative tools (AIGC) to enhance design exploration and creative workflows.
• Strong awareness of packaging market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging design directions.
• Passionate about packaging design with strong creative judgement, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver innovative design solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and manufacturing teams.
• Global design perspective with the ability to understand international design trends and diverse consumer aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Define packaging design strategies and visual direction across product categories.
• Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify design trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for packaging innovation.
• Lead the end-to-end packaging design process, including new product packaging development, existing product packaging upgrades, and creative gift set packaging concepts.
• Develop strong design concepts and creative solutions by identifying product positioning, key benefits, and consumer usage scenarios.
• Manage the complete packaging design process, covering structural design, visual identity, colour systems, packaging formats, specifications, barcode placement, and material selection.
• Review, refine, and maintain quality control throughout the design development process to ensure final packaging meets brand and production standards.
