Job summary

FleetoDesk Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Designer to deepen understanding of our product areas and deliver user-centered design solutions. You will own end-to-end journeys, create prototypes and visual assets, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship features that matter.

From mobile trends to cross-functional collaboration, you will translate research into deliverables, communicate insights clearly, and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end customer journeys
• 5+ years in interactive and/or visual design
• Interpersonal skills
• Awareness of mobile trends
• Ability to create polished design prototypes and mockups
• Ability to scope and estimate efforts and prioritize tasks
• History of impacting shipped products
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch

Responsibilities

• Product knowledge: deeply understand the technology and features of the product area
• Research: provide human and business impact and insights for products
• Deliverables: create deliverables for your product area (competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes) that solve real user problems
• Communication: communicate UX results within your product area and with cross-functional partners
