Job summary

Nylon is hiring senior full-stack engineers to own product integration surfaces end to end—from architecture and delivery to production realities. You will own a surface across Outlook, Xero, and practice-management systems, driving Nylon deeper into how firms operate.

We value 5+ years of commercial software development, ownership, and the ability to design and operate systems end-to-end. You’ll work in an async-first, AI-native environment with strong emphasis on clear writing and high agency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• You can point at a system you took from design to production and then operated.
• High agency: biased towards action, you own outcomes, not tasks.
• You decompose hard problems and reason in trade-offs, out loud and in writing.
• You already use AI tooling to ship faster, and you're curious about where that goes next.
• You build robust systems to reduce 2am pages.
• Show us something you built because you wanted it to exist (repo, app, product or business).

Responsibilities

• Own product integration surfaces end to end: architecture, delivery and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product from concept through production and iterate on real usage.
• Drive integration work into Outlook, Xero and practice-management systems to embed Nylon deeper into daily workflows.
