Job summary

Nylon is hiring product engineers to own end-to-end product streams for tax and law professionals. You’ll talk to accountants and lawyers, decide what to build, ship it, and then measure impact with customers.

You’ll own adoption, retention and revenue for your stream, and work across the stack from UX to infrastructure, using our design system. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Evidence of owning customer-facing product outcomes.
• Experience taking ideas from conversations to production.
• Ability to ship iteratively based on real user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers weekly (calls, onboarding, support) to test ideas.
• Decide what to build by weighing pain, data and impact.
• Ship early and iterate based on actual usage and outcomes.
• Own the adoption, retention and revenue for your stream, including observability and incidents.
• Work full stack, including the UX, using the design system and refining when needed.
