Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience with ownership of shipped features.
• Ability to decompose hard problems, reason about trade-offs, and communicate clearly.
• Experience using AI tooling to accelerate delivery and quality.
• Strong ownership mindset, bias toward action and outcome focus.
• Proven track record shipping backend-heavy full-stack work.

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces end-to-end: architecture, delivery and operations.
• Take features from design to production and monitor in production.
• Collaborate with product to validate needs and ship iteratively.
• Maintain production health, observability and incident response.
