• Strong commercial experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer or similar.
• Proven React front-end capability with full-stack experience (Java/Spring Boot).
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools for coding, prototyping, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex full-stack solutions with emphasis on front-end contributions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Champion clean, maintainable code, automated testing, CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
• Review designs and code, share knowledge and uplift capability across the team.
