Job summary

LAB3, Australasia's leading Azure engineering practice, seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to join its Technology Team. You will own software end-to-end from architecture to production, spanning frontend, backend, data and Azure infrastructure, delivering AI-powered applications for clients.

You will build clean React/TypeScript UIs, robust APIs, and scalable data models, while leveraging AI tooling to enhance development with LLM integration, agented workflows and guardrails.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end full stack experience across frontend, backend, and data.
• Hands-on with React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Python.
• Azure experience with App Services, Functions, Storage, CI/CD.
• Experience using AI development tooling and shipping LLM-integrated features.

Responsibilities

• Own software end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build React/TypeScript UIs and scalable APIs.
• Integrate AI tooling and agentic patterns into deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects and clients.
