Job summary

Ticketure is seeking a Senior Web Developer to craft outstanding customer and staff web experiences. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to translate requirements into high-quality solutions, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

You will own end-to-end features, balance roadmap delivery with technical quality, and stay current on web technologies to suggest improvements for scalable, reliable products.

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience using modern front end technologies.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, Vue, TypeScript and JSON APIs.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Own and solve problems from start to finish, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered to production with quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure work meets the team’s technical norms and quality standards.
• Coordinate with client-facing teams to ensure smooth feature delivery and triage issues.
• Support SLAs by being available for issues outside normal hours when needed.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and propose improvements.
