Job summary

TOMRA Food in Auckland, New Zealand seeks a senior finance leader to partner with Country Managers and guide regional finance governance. The role drives forecasting, revenue/margin analysis, and end-to-end financial reporting for the FOOD APAC division.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service and Finance to develop credit strategies, lead change initiatives, and deliver high-quality insights for decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification preferred
• 10+ years experience in a relevant accounting, finance, or commercial role
• Experience in growing services revenue and margin
• Experience with planning systems and BI/cube-based reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in driving performance and implementing finance and accounting policies and processes
• Ensure performance reporting and measurement against financial targets are shared with stakeholders
• Review project/service revenue and margin reporting and analysis on a timely basis
• Drive forecasting, tracking, and monitoring of order intake and backlog
• Meet monthly/annual reporting deadlines with insightful information
• Develop and implement finance-related projects to improve information and processes
• Collaborate to develop a credit strategy supporting business goals
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
• Deliver service excellence by implementing standards and best practices

Education

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Business
