Job summary

HEB Construction, part of VINCI Construction, seeks a Senior Estimator to develop accurate estimates for complex civil and marine works on the Picton infrastructure programme. You will work with engineering, commercial and delivery teams to drive cost certainty from planning through execution.

• Experience estimating large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong capability in first-principles estimating.
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities and communicate them clearly.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration with delivery teams.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate first-principles estimates for major civil and marine works.
• Create methodologies and staging plans to support pricing.
• Manage quantity take-offs, subcontractor pricing and supplier engagement.
• Identify project risks, opportunities and cost drivers.
• Support planning, procurement and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to optimise delivery.
• Monitor market trends and pricing movements; assist with cost reporting.
