Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager to lead architecture strategy on major client programmes in New Zealand. You will guide senior client stakeholders and transform complex technology decisions into clear, scalable pathways.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor architects, and develop business cases and investment narratives to unlock multi-year transformation funding, while expanding Accenture’s architecture capability through strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 consulting experience leading architecture solutions.
• Vision, governance and TOGAF familiarity in large engagements.
• Broad tech strategy across applications, data and analytics.
• Strong executive-level presentation and business case skills.
• Coaching and developing junior team members.
• Experience in sales, opportunities and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture strategy on major client programmes.
• Lead teams of architects and consultants and set technical direction.
• Work with CIOs/CTOs to turn complexity into clear decisions.
• Develop business cases and investment narratives for funding.
• Grow Accenture’s architecture capability through client relationships.
• Drive thought leadership at the intersection of business and technology.
