Job summary

Accenture New Zealand in Auckland is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager to lead architecture strategy on major client programs and navigate multi-year transformations. You will guide senior client stakeholders through technology decisions and shape the delivery roadmap with cross-functional teams of architects and consultants.

Experience leading architecture advice for top-tier clients.
Strong knowledge of TOGAF and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Proven ability to develop business cases and investment narratives.
Excellent stakeholder management and senior client engagement.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture strategy on major client programmes, from opportunity assessment through to target state and transition roadmap.
Lead teams of architects and consultants, setting the technical direction and holding quality across the work.
Work directly with CIOs, CTOs and their leadership teams to turn technical complexity into decisions they can commit to.
Develop the business cases and investment narratives that unlock funding for multi-year transformation.
Grow Accenture's architecture capability through client relationships, proposals, and coaching the people around you.
Drive the development of thought leadership around architecture at the intersection of business and technology.
