EY in New Zealand and Australia is seeking an HR Business Partner to work with leaders across client portfolios, providing strategic support to attract, engage, and retain talent within a complex, high‑trust environment.

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders across your client portfolio to provide strategic support that helps them lead, engage, and retain their workforce. You’ll play a key role in embedding talent priorities and delivering impactful people initiatives, while partnering with experts in our Centres of Excellence to drive outcomes.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity, offered as a hybrid role and available from any EY office across Australia or New Zealand. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
