Qualifikationen

• 4-5+ years of digital media planning and buying experience within a media agency.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels, media planning fundamentals and campaign trading processes.
• Ability to develop strategic, insight-led recommendations linking digital activity to business objectives.
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify opportunities and drive campaign performance.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commercial awareness, including budgets, account profitability and media investment.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members.

• Develop insight-led digital media strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets and business priorities.
• Identify trends, technologies and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with strategy and specialist teams to deliver innovative solutions and present recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic partner, understanding their business and commercial objectives.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities, manage expectations and deliver high-quality client service.
• Oversee digital campaigns from planning through to implementation, optimisation and reporting.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and deliverables, using data and insights to improve performance.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their development.
• Lead by example, uphold PHD's values and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture and wider agency initiatives.
