Qualifications

• 8–12 years of digital media planning and buying experience, ideally within a media agency.
• Proven experience leading teams, developing talent and driving high performance.
• Strong strategic thinking and understanding of digital media channels and planning fundamentals.
• Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Track record of identifying growth opportunities and building commercially successful client partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, sound decision-making and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of innovative digital strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Oversee digital campaigns from strategy through to execution, ensuring high quality and delivery.
• Contribute to new business opportunities and the ongoing evolution of digital media.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as a strategic business partner.
• Develop deep understanding of client objectives, market dynamics and commercial priorities.
• Identify and drive new revenue opportunities while managing client expectations.
• Collaborate with media partners, suppliers and agency stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
• Work with local and global teams to deliver effective digital planning and activation.
• Collaborate across specialist teams to develop integrated client solutions.
• Manage client budgets, account profitability and contractual requirements.
• Ensure strong financial processes, accurate billing and effective management of deliverables.
