We're looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our Development Practice and play a key role in delivering innovative cloud and software solutions for our customers.
This is an opportunity to work on complex projects while combining hands-on development, solution design, customer engagement, and technical leadership. You'll help shape the way our team delivers software by promoting modern engineering practices, mentoring developers, and driving the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development approaches.
You'll work closely with customers, architects, business analysts, project teams, and strategic partners to design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions that create real business outcomes.
Design, develop, test, and support complex software solutions across a range of customer projects.
Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Assist our Sales team by providing technical expertise during solution design and pre-sales engagements.
Develop modern applications using front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML, and CSS.
Build back-end services and APIs using C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.
Design and deliver cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
Create scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures.
Champion AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices across the development team.
Conduct peer reviews of both human-written and AI-generated code to ensure quality and security standards are maintained.
Mentor and coach developers, supporting their professional growth and technical capability.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and best-practice software engineering approaches.
Ensure development activities align with security, compliance, and ISO 27001 requirements.
Proven experience delivering complex software projects from concept through to production.
Strong full-stack development capability.
Commercial experience with:
C# and .NET Core
Angular or modern front-end frameworks
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
SQL Server, MySQL, and NoSQL databases
AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
Experience mentoring and coaching other developers.
Practical experience using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to balance multiple priorities and context-switch effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
