Job summary

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end technology programmes that deliver real value for housing and urban development. You will lead across Digital IT, business teams, and external delivery partners, ensuring safe, sustainable delivery and smooth transition to BAU.

You will operate in a high-accountability environment with a strong focus on benefits, governance, and outcomes, while navigating competing priorities and leading through influence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering high-risk technology programmes.
• Ability to measure and articulate business benefits and value.
• Experience with large cross-functional delivery in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes.
• Coordinate across Digital IT, business stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, secure and ready for BAU.
