Job summary

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities invites applications for a Senior Delivery Manager in our Digital IT group, based in Auckland or Wellington. You will lead complex, high-risk technology programmes from concept through to adoption, ensuring secure, sustainable delivery and smooth BAU transition.

You will partner with Digital IT, business teams and external partners, defining benefits, managing budgets, and driving value with disciplined governance and robust delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in project, programme, agile delivery, or change management disciplines, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent professional certifications, will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, high-impact technology programmes from concept through to business adoption.
• Coordinate across Digital IT, business teams and external delivery partners to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, secure and transition smoothly into BAU.
