Job summary

Kāinga Ora is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across the Business Technology Solutions Directorate within our DigitalIT group. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating Digital IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure value, sustainability and a smooth transition to business as usual.

You will lead with influence in a high-accountability environment, manage budgets and timelines, and champion adoption of new ways of working

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-risk technology initiatives that create lasting business value.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery plans and measurable benefits.
• Strong governance, risk, and financial management to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes across Digital IT and business teams.
• Collaborate with external delivery partners to ensure solutions are secure, adopted and sustained.
• Balance competing priorities and drive progress through influence in matrixed environments.
• Ensure benefits are realised and transitioned into BAU with clear ownership and metrics.
