NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise data platforms, pipelines and products that drive analytics, decision-making and AI initiatives.

You will work across squads to evolve our modern data platform, mentor engineers, and shape engineering practices while delivering scalable, secure data solutions for NZTA now and into the future.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, building and operating enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with Databricks delivery experience.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and data governance.
