Westpac New Zealand Limited seeks a Senior Cyber Security Engineer (PAM) to join the Privileged Access Management squad in Auckland. Hybrid role with WFH options; coordinate with the Identity & Access Management team on assessments, vulnerability work, and platform uplift.

Bring extensive PAM experience, strong architecture skills, and knowledge of ITDR and security best practices (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001). You’ll interact with vendors to implement secure solutions while contributing to incident

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a seasoned Enterprise Grade Senior PAM Engineer/Architect.
• Experience bridging the gap between Architecture & Engineering.
• In depth knowledge of ITDR.
• Experience with automation / interrogation tools & workflows.
• Understanding of information security best practices (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

• Lead the PAM squad in incident response, documentation and fault resolution.

Senior Engineers lead the team in performing incident response, documentation and resolution of technical faults related to our Privilege Access Management Platform.
