Qualifications

• NZ admitted solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to advise on a range of corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Support mergers, acquisitions and business sales.
• Advise on shareholder and joint venture arrangements.
• Assist with business structuring and investment matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
