Job summary

RobLawMax Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Manager in Canterbury, NZ to lead the delivery of Three Waters and civil infrastructure projects. You will oversee Project Managers, Engineers and site teams to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a proven track record in civil construction, senior leadership experience, and a focus on continuous improvement within a growing contractor.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10+ years in civil construction
• Proven experience delivering multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership of Project Managers and Engineers
• Experience with a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 contractor preferred
• Three Waters experience highly desirable
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills
• Motivated, ambitious and committed to continuous improvement
