Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a compliance or legal role within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant financial regulations (e.g., FAIS Act, FICA, POPIA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• High ethical standards and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance program and policies.
