Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join the Northland Corridor project in New Zealand. This senior role leads compliance, governance and assurance within a complex multi-stakeholder delivery model, ensuring obligations are met across construction and operation phases.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will coordinate with technical, finance and stakeholder teams to safeguard contractual integrity and drive best-practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, governance or assurance in major infra, PPP or project finance.
• Understanding of complex contractual frameworks and multi-party delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence across technical and commercial teams.
• Analytical with attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of compliance frameworks, governance processes and assurance systems.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual, regulatory and statutory obligations across all project phases.
• Oversee compliance across multiple contract interfaces with clear accountability.
• Manage audit and assurance activities and reporting for leadership forums.
• Identify, assess and mitigate compliance and contractual risks to protect performance and reputation.
