Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in land development and subdivision design.
• Proven knowledge of NZS 3910:2023.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.
• Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical report writing and presentation skills.
• A confident, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading project teams.
