SouthRoads in Dunedin is seeking a Contract Manager to lead major civil infrastructure projects across Otago. Based in Dunedin, you will oversee multiple projects, manage delivery, budgets, and teams, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

You will drive tendering, estimating, pricing, contract administration, safety and environmental performance, and ensure profitable outcomes. A proven civil construction leader with strong commercial capability and knowledge of NZS 3910 is

Qualifications

• Proven civil construction leader with strong operational and commercial capability.
• Experience tendering, estimating and securing new work opportunities.
• Sound understanding of civil construction contracts and NZS 3910.
