Qualifications

• Registration as a Cardiac Physiologist with the appropriate board is required.
• Registration with the Society of Cardiopulmonary Technology (NZ) Inc. is required.
• Experience in cardiac physiology services or a related clinical practice is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of clinical care within Cardiology Outpatients, focusing on pacing.
• Support a range of cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures including ECGs and pacemaker management.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses and other professionals and contribute to audits and quality improvements.
