• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in business improvement, transformation, or change environments.
• Advanced requirements elicitation and documentation capability.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing business cases, frameworks, and operational documentation.
• Able to distill insights from large volumes of information.
