InterGroup is a leading provider of infrastructure and industrial services across New Zealand, operating in waste management, industrial services, coatings, and infrastructure.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the successful execution of work across our Waste and Industrial divisions.

In this role, you will provide strong local leadership and clear direction to your team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving operational performance, and fostering a positive, safety‑focused work culture.

You’ll also support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to improve productivity, cost control, and overall operational effectiveness.

Location: You will be required to work in Auckland, Northland, Bay of Plenty, Christchurch, Waikato, Taranaki, Wellington and Otago regions.

Hours of Work: Our normal hours of operation are between 6am and 10pm, 7 days per week. This role is a 40 hours per week position.

Pay conditions

Min $50 per hour to a maximum of $68 per hour.
