Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., statistical software, databases).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Aviation Management, Safety Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with accident/incident investigation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of human factors in aviation.
