- Ability to perform quality inspection and ensure finish quality.
- Experience with color matching, silver powder paint, pearl paint preferred.
Responsibilities
- Independently complete small to medium sheet metal repairs, grinding, masking, primer, topcoat, clear coat, polishing, and basic quality inspection.
- Perform color matching, local repair, silver powder paint, and pearl paint.
- Cooperate with the team and adapt to the operation of a small team.
