Senior Associate, Account Management – Pacific Islands
Mastercard is looking for a Senior Associate, Account Management to join our New Zealand & Pacific Islands team and support the management and growth of customer relationships across the Pacific region. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in account management, payments, and market development while working across a diverse portfolio of issuer and acquirer customers. Partnering closely with Account Managers and cross‑functional teams, you will help drive customer initiatives, analyse business performance, support strategic planning, and contribute to projects that expand digital payments and financial inclusion across the Pacific Islands. As you build experience and confidence, you'll have opportunities to take ownership of customer relationships and develop towards an Account Management career path.
