Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with hands-on AI work.
• Strong coding fundamentals in Node.js and Typescript.
• Experience with AI frameworks and orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Security and data governance are core design constraints.
• Proven track record shaping architectural decisions in production.
• Excellent communication to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shaping architectural decisions for AI Co-Worker systems and enterprise deployments.
• Lead technical direction across squads, projects, and product areas.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer delivery teams to meet expectations.
• Introduce novel approaches to deterministic and non-deterministic AI components.
• Ensure platform is model-agnostic and integrates various AI frameworks.
