We help set organisational direction, drive strategic planning and performance, strengthen governance and accountability, and ensure Treasury is well positioned to deliver on its priorities. **Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to join our Strategy and Performance Team on a fixed-term basis (or secondment) to cover parental leave. This role sits at the centre of Treasury's strategic planning and performance system. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation to support priority-setting, business planning, organisational performance reporting and external accountability processes. You will provide trusted advice and insights that help leaders understand progress against Treasury's objectives, identify emerging issues and opportunities, and make informed decisions about priorities and delivery. You will also play a key role in coordinating key organisational reporting products, including statutory and accountability documents. You thrive in complex environments and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and translating information into clear advice and actionable insights. You bring sound judgement, strong relationship management skills and a genuine interest in helping organisations deliver on their strategic objectives.
