Job summary

TSA Riley is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Advisory & Transactions team in NSW, Australia. You will lead complex transaction workstreams, develop documentation, and provide strong commercial and procurement advice to clients across major infrastructure programs.

You will bring 10+ years in infrastructure advisory or related fields, with proven stakeholder engagement and a proactive, collaborative approach to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure advisory, commercial, procurement or transaction management.
• Proven ability to lead complex transaction workstreams.
• Ability to translate complexity into practical client advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transaction workstreams for major infrastructure programs.
• Develop and refine transaction documentation (EOIs, RFTs, evaluation plans, commercial positions).
• Provide clear commercial and procurement advice to government and private clients.
