Job summary

University of Canterbury is seeking a Research Industry Partnerships Senior Advisor to build and grow strategic relationships with industry partners, creating high-value research partnerships and new funding opportunities.

You will connect UC’s research expertise with partner needs, broker opportunities from initial conversations to proposals and investment cases, and help shape enduring collaborations that deliver meaningful outcomes for UC and its partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in research engagement, strategic partnerships or business development.
• Experience translating research capability into partnership opportunities.
• Ability to broker industry-academic collaborations and funding opportunities.

Responsibilities
