MBIE is seeking a Senior role within the Tenancy Practice and Stewardship team to support the Head of Tenancy and drive strategic and operational activities across Tenancy Services.
You will lead monthly and quarterly reporting, liaise across MBIE and system agencies, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while delivering practical, senior-level advice and delivery.
The Tenancy Practice and Stewardship team is responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of operational practice, providing advice and reporting across Tenancy Services, supporting the work needed to deliver on our strategic and tactical goals.
This role will support the Head of Tenancy with managing Tenancy Services wide strategic and operational activities, support the Tenancy Services Principal Advisor with strategic projects and lead monthly and quarterly machinery of government and reporting activities. Key to the role will be relationship building across Tenancy Services and wider across MBIE and across system agencies.
This is a fast paced role best suited to someone with experience in Government operational service delivery. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in ambiguity, constant change of priorities and who can manage and prioritise their work whilst building solid relationships across the Tenancy sector. You will be comfortable moving between system-level thinking, providing senior-level advice and practical delivery.
