As a Senior Adviser in our Perimeter & Response team, you'll play a key role in assessing suspected misconduct and regulatory breaches across Aotearoa’s financial sector, helping to determine the most effective regulatory response to achieve fair outcomes for consumers and markets. You'll work on complex and often high-profile matters, applying strong judgement, analytical thinking and regulatory expertise to support the FMA's response to potential harm and misconduct.

The appointing salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 plus 4% KiwiSaver and the benefits outlined above. Final offers will reflect experience, skills, and internal equity.
