New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) seeks an experienced Platform Lead, Security to steer NZTA's security platforms and capabilities. You will own the strategic roadmaps, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms, combining deep technical credibility with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms in complex environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Strong governance and architecture experience across hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategic and technical roadmaps and lifecycle of NZTA's security platforms.
• Keep security tooling reliable, scalable and fit for purpose.
• Align platforms with digital strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical leadership across vendors and managed services in a multi-cloud environment.
• Make platform investment decisions on cost, risk and value.
• Use automation and AI to reduce manual effort across our platforms.
• Deliver platform improvements iteratively using agile methods.
