Job summary

Kordia seeks an experienced cyber security leader to steer the Security Engineering function across MDR, USM and Network/ICS Security. You will coach a team of Security Engineers, set technical direction, and drive automation to improve efficiency and scale.

You will collaborate with customers, vendors and leaders to keep managed security services resilient and aligned with threats. The role focuses on continuous improvement, engineering standards and lifecycle management of security solutions,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in cyber security, network security and security operations.
• Experience guiding engineering teams and security service improvements.
• Track record reducing manual effort via automation and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of MDR, SIEM, SOAR, EDR and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Security Engineering team.
• Define engineering standards and roadmaps across MDR, USM and Network/ICS Security.
• Drive automation, orchestration and platform optimisation across services.
• Support complex customer engagements and major cyber incidents.
