Job summary

Rosewood Cape Kidnappers in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, is seeking a proactive maintenance team member to join the Lodge operations. This hands-on role involves general property maintenance, vehicle duties, and supporting guest experiences.

You will need prior maintenance/handyperson experience, a can-do attitude, strong communication, and a commitment to health and safety. Flexible hours including weekends may apply as part of this beautiful coastal property.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance/handyperson role.
• Friendly, can-do attitude with strong communication.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and organise.
• Commitment to Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• General property maintenance
• Driving and cleaning company vehicles
• General Lodge repairs and maintenance
• Guest interaction and support including assisting with luggage
• Maintain correct usage of Lodge plant and equipment and report malfunctions promptly
• Ensure the smooth running of all property equipment
