Job summary

Postgate School in Whitby, Porirua invites an enthusiastic, collaborative teacher to join our primary/intermediate team (Years 1–8). You will foster strong relationships and high expectations to support every learner and whānau.

We value Structured Literacy and phonics (BSLA desirable), strong classroom practice, relationships with students, and partnerships with whānau and colleagues. If you are passionate about teaching and making a difference for children, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Has a strong understanding of Structured Literacy, phonics and BSLA (desirable).
