Job summary

Qualifications

• Functional resource with experience in Forecast and Planning using SAP IBP.
• 3+ full-cycle implementations of SAP IBP or similar planning solutions.
• Exposure to SAP modules including MM, SD, and APO.
• Extensive experience in Demand and Supply Planning.
• Proven S&OP expertise.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Industry experience across Manufacturing, Consumer Products, and Life Sciences.

As a Functional Consultant, you are part of a cross functional deployment team which will enable the customer to move from current business processes and operating systems to common business processes, enabled by SAP. Your role includes understanding the site business requirements and performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesign of processes and testing to ensure conversion success. Key deliverables include functional site discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios and you are responsible for knowledge transfer to local business users. The focus of this role is the SAP Order Management (OM) function.

Job responsibilities include working with clients to understand requirements, solutioning, system configuration and documentation. Requirements: Functional resource with experience in Forecast and Planning using SAP IBP 10+ years of professional industry experience Strong hands‑on experience with SAP IBP, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations Solid exposure to SAP modules including MM, SD, and APO (highly regarded) Extensive experience in Demand and Supply Planning Proven S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) expertise Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams Industry experience across Manufacturing, Consumer Products, and/or Life Sciences
