Infosys in Auckland is seeking an experienced Onshore Program/Project Manager to lead Salesforce transformation initiatives across New Zealand accounts. The role requires driving governance, stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and liaison between clients and offshore teams.

The successful candidate will contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and supporting Salesforce solution shaping and proposals. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in solution architecture and implementations, specifically Salesforce.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation, transformation, or CRM modernization programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end program and project management for Salesforce transformations across NZ accounts.
• Act as primary liaison between client stakeholders, business teams, Salesforce consultants, and offshore teams.
• Establish and manage project governance, RAID, status reporting, Steering Committee, and executive communications.
• Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, release management, backlog prioritization, and delivery health tracking.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage scope changes, and implement change control processes.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to proposals and estimates.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Salesforce ecosystem partners, internal sales teams, and delivery teams to expand Salesforce adoption in NZ.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Program/Project Manager to lead Salesforce transformation initiatives across New Zealand accounts. The role is responsible for driving program governance, stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and coordination between client and offshore delivery teams. The successful candidate will also contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and supporting Salesforce solution shaping and proposals. This is a client‑facing leadership role requiring strong delivery, consulting, and commercial acumen.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program and project management for Salesforce transformation engagements, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, business teams, Salesforce consultants, and offshore delivery teams to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Establish and manage project governance, including RAID management, status reporting, Steering Committee meetings, and executive communications.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, release management, backlog prioritization, and delivery health tracking.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage scope changes, and implement effective change control processes.
• Support business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, participating in client discussions, and contributing to proposals and estimations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Salesforce ecosystem partners, internal sales teams, and delivery teams to expand Salesforce adoption and footprint across New Zealand.

Essential:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Over 15 years of experience IT & 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and implementations, specifically focusing on Salesforce and related technology platforms

Technical Skills Required

• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation, transformation, or CRM modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in project governance practices including RAID management, dependency tracking, financial reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Experience leading onshore‑offshore delivery models across geographically distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Experience in solution estimation, proposal support, pre‑sales engagements, business case development, and account growth activities.
