Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced automotive sales leader in New Zealand to drive a premium brand showroom. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while ensuring adherence to BMW and Group standards.

You will manage vehicle inventory, analyse performance data, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets, maximise profitability, and elevate customer experiences. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales leadership, ideally premium or prestige brands.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and profitability
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Highly organised with strong inventory and stock management capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
