Job summary

Arvida is launching a brand-new community in Wanaka and is seeking a Sales Manager to lead end-to-end villa sales (and later care suites) at Wanaka Country Club. The role, full-time with one weekend day, involves guiding potential residents from first enquiry through to move-in, and promoting the village to local clubs and organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end villa sales, and later care suites, at Wanaka Country Club.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and database for future opportunities.

Full-time role, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking, progressive, and innovative organisation at a brand-new community commencing at Wānaka Country Club

As Sales Manager, you will, in conjunction with our Village Manager, have responsibility for the end-to-end sales process of our villas (and later care suites) at Wānaka Country Club. This will include jointly managing prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village.

We will launch this new community in September 2026, and we expect demand to be extremely strong. The role will also have a strong ability to connect with various local community clubs and organisations to promote the new community and grow our current database.

You will also be a strong advocate of Arvida's Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents’ health and wellbeing, and experience within our community.
