  • Qualifying enquiries and connecting prospective residents with the appropriate village or care centre.

  • Coordinating appointments with our site teams.

  • Managing and updating customer information in HubSpot CRM.

  • Proactively following up enquiries and opportunities to support the sales process.

  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.

  • Experience in retirement living or aged care would be beneficial, but what's most important is your attitude, communication skills and commitment to providing a great customer experience.

Hours of work

This is a fixed-term, part-time position until 14 February 2027, working 20 hours per week across the following days:

  • Tuesday to Thursday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
